Order Processing and Handling Time:
- All orders are processed within 2-5 business days.
- Any order placed over the weekend will start being processed on the next working day.
*Please note that If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days; however, we will get in touch with you via email or phone number if there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order.
Tracking:
- You will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has been shipped.
- The tracking number will be active within 24 to 96 hours. Please go here to track your order when you have your tracking number.

Please carefully verify your shipping address before finalizing your order. If an incorrect address is provided, we cannot offer refunds or replace items that are shipped to the wrong address. It’s your responsibility to ensure the shipping address is accurate to avoid any inconveniences.ย

If it’s still missing, please get in touch, sharing your name, the billing address for the order, and the email address you used for the order.

- Shipping option calculation: Shipping options and charges for your cart total will be calculated and displayed at checkout, and you will have the option to switch to whichever shipping method you prefer and cost may be hight base of the weight and quantity of your total order.
