Eligibility Window
Once an order arrives at its final destination, customers have 30 days from receiving it to decide and initiate a return for refund consideration and submission. This means that the item has to be delivered to us within 30 days and return requests must have been initiated within 7 days from the delivery date or date you received the product/s.

Please be advised that refunds will cover the cost of the product only. The original shipping charges incurred to deliver the item to the customer are non-refundable. Irrespective of whether you choose a free shipping method at checkout or not, our flat shipping rate applies.
Condition Of Item
For any refund to be processed, an item must be in original packaging with its tags attached and be unworn.

Certain items, including but not limited to customized products, pre-ordered, beauty items, personal care goods, and underwear, may not qualify for a return and refund. Sale items, gift cards, and hazardous materials (flammable liquids or gases) also fall outside this refund purview.
