Eligibility Window

Once an order arrives at its final destination, customers have 30 days from receiving it to decide and initiate a return for refund consideration and submission.

Condition of Item

For any refund to be processed, an item must be in original packaging with its tags attached and be unworn or unworn.

 

Proof of Purchase

In order to facilitate refund requests, proof of purchase documentation such as receipts are essential.

Return Pre-approval

Before sending back items to us, get prior approval from our team by emailing ([email protected]) for your return request. Any items sent without prior communication might placed and won’t be eligible for a refund.

Report Damages or Discrepancies

Should any defects, damages, or incorrect items appear upon receipt, it’s important that we know immediately so we can address them and possibly expedite a refund process faster.

Exclusions

Certain items, including but not limited to customized products, beauty items, personal care goods, and underwear, may not qualify for a return and refund. Sale items, gift cards, and hazardous materials (flammable liquids or gases) also fall outside this refund purview.

Please carefully verify your shipping address before finalizing your order. If an incorrect address is provided, we cannot offer refunds or replace items that are shipped to that address. It’s your responsibility to ensure the shipping address is accurate to avoid any inconveniences. Double-check for any typos or errors to ensure your items reach you without any issues. Once the order is placed with an incorrect address, we cannot make changes or be held responsible for lost or undelivered items to the wrong address

Refund Process and Timeline

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll communicate its refund status, and if approved, expect your money back within 10 business days to the payment method used in making payment for your purchase.
