Return, Exchange, and refund policy

We have a 30-day return and exchange policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or an exchange. 

This means that the item has to be delivered to us within 30 days and the return requests must have been initiated within 7 days from the delivery date, (that is, the date you received the product/s).

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

How to process your return

To return or exchange an item, please email Support @ If your return/exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return or exchange will not be accepted.

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We love to make your shopping experience with us a pleasant and memorable one.

Exceptions / non-returnable /exchangeable items 

First of all, it is unfortunate that we are not able to accept all items due to how sensitive they are.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like customized products (such as special orders, Custom, pre-order or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns or exchanges for underwear generally.

Underwear includes and is not limited to the following products :

  • Butt lifters
  • Worn or Used Items
  • Damaged items
  • We cannot also accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 


You have the option to exchange each product once. If you’d like to switch to a more expensive item, you’ll be responsible for covering both the price difference and the shipping cost. Conversely, if the replacement item is less expensive than your original purchase, we’ll promptly refund the difference to you minus the shipping cost.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item with a 100% discount code we will provide via your email.

European Union 30-day cooling off period. 
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 30 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account. We cannot control that. 
But if more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please get in touch with your bank. If you still didn’t have reflected in your account, you can reach out to us at Services @, and we will try to resolve the issue.

Please carefully verify your shipping address before finalizing your order. If an incorrect address is provided, we cannot offer refunds or replace items that are shipped to that address. It’s your responsibility to ensure the shipping address is accurate to avoid any inconveniences. Double-check for any typos or errors to ensure your items reach you without any issues. Once the order is placed with an incorrect address, we cannot make changes or be held responsible for lost or undelivered items to the wrong address.

The guide /chart is designed to help you make the best choice for your unique measurements and preferences regarding each specific product.

Please note, that if an exchange or return is necessary due to a selection of the wrong size on your part, you will be responsible for the associated shipping costs. We strive for accuracy in all our product sizes, but in the rare case of a discrepancy between the product received and our size chart, rest assured that ShapeMiNow will take full responsibility. In such cases, we will cover all shipping costs for the exchange or return.
