REFUND POLICY OVERVIEW
Eligibility Window
Once an order arrives at its final destination, customers have 7 days from receiving it to decide and initiate a return process for a refund as store credit only, and 14 days to return the product back to us. This means that the item has to be delivered to us within 14 days and return requests must have been initiated within 7 days from the delivery date ( date you received the product/s).
Refund Policy on Shipping Costs
Please be advised that refunds will cover the cost of the product only. The original shipping charges incurred to deliver the item to the customer are non-refundable. Irrespective of whether you qualify or choose the free shipping method at checkout or not, our flat shipping rate applies.
Condition Of Item
For any refund to be processed, an item must be in original packaging with its tags attached and be unworn.

Before sending back items to us, get prior approval from our team by emailing ([email protected]) for your return request. Any items sent without prior communication will not be eligible for a refund.

Report Damages Or Discrepancies
Should any defects, damages, or incorrect items appear upon receipt, it’s important that we know immediately so we can address them and possibly expedite an exchange or a refund process faster.
Exclusions
Certain items, including but not limited to customized products, pre-ordered, beauty items, personal care goods, and underwear, may not qualify for a return and refund. Sale items, gift cards, and hazardous materials (flammable liquids or gases) also fall outside this refund purview.

Please carefully verify your shipping address before finalizing your order. If an incorrect address is provided, we cannot offer refunds or replace items that are shipped to that address. Once the order is placed with an incorrect address, we cannot make changes or be held responsible for lost or undelivered items to the wrong address
Refund Process And Timeline
