Material und Verarbeitung des Bodys sind gut. Er schneidet nirgends ein. Grรถรe XL bei 1,78 m und 90 cm Oberkรถrperlรคnge und Bauchumfang von 101 cm ist optimal. Er geht zwar nur mit viel Kraft zu, aber er geht zu. Eigentlich viel zu eng, aber trotzdem auch bei lรคngeren Tragen auszuhalten. Nebenwirkungen: Bauch wird deutlich reduziert, dadurch paรt beim Essen weniger in den Magen. Auch die Haltung wird deutlich besser. Dadurch daร er wirklich straff und sehr eng sitzt, ist nur noch eine aufrechte Haltung mรถglich. Ich habe mit kurzem und langem Bein bestellt: Langes Bein ist nur gut bei wirklich sehr starken Oberschenkeln – ansonsten zu weit, bei mir waren die kurzen Beine besser. Sie schneiden nicht ein und verrutschen nicht. Ich empfehle den Body weiter.

Hello there….I am so very excited today as my delivery arrived a day before it was meant too….I have to tell you that this is one of the best quality pieces I have purchased…. I suffer with pain on my spine and have been sick and tired of buying so many physio velcro waistbands that annoyed and irritated my skin. I put it on and it’s like it’s my second skin. It has rebuilt my body straightened my spine …I’m so happy I just wish I had another one as well so for hygiene reasons…. I love it thank you….and seller I want to ask you something as I just realised I was ….well I write privately it’s all good though….hope you can help coz yoh have changed my life already.xxxxxx

Read my review for tips to get this garment on easily
I had an upcoming event I was attending and wanted to buy some shapewear that would excenuate my curves. I’m a size 22/24 and was skeptical at first. I won’t lie.However, the first mistake I made when trying it on was in hooking all the hook and eyes and trying to do them up one by one. I wouldn’t recommend this! (It took me 45 minutes to get it on) the second time I tried to get it on I literally hooked and eyed all the clasps on the further row away and stepped into the suit and pulled it up. This was so much easier and I was able to get the garment on in under 5 minutes.As for the quality, it’s superb! It’s not cheaply sewn or stiched and we’ll worth the money. The siloutte this garment gave me made me feel less self conscious and very confident in wearing my wrap dress.Top tip – wear a pair of knickers/panties over the top of the garment underneath your dress to avoid any gusts of wind exposing yourself. The hole that’s cut out in between the legs is rather large so you can use the loo without having to pull down the garment. (I had a few mishaps with the wind and I’m so glad I chose to wear knickers!) It also pinches you in at your waist creating that hourglass silloutte. Give your bottom a lift and is super comfortable to wear.This is a top quality product, that will last you a long time. I’ve bought cheaper body shaping garments in the past and they haven’t lasted 2 minutes. This garment washes lovely and doesn’t shrink or loose its shape in the washing machine. I wouldn’t recommend using a tumble dryer to dry it with though. I air dried mine on my washing line.In my personal opinion I think this garment would also be suitable for post pregnant shaping. Especially if you’ve had a c section. I also think this garment would also be suitable for those who have had any surgery to their abdomen or bottom. However I am not a professional, so please speak to your doctor/surgeon or consultant before considering this garment.If you’re looking for sturdy tummy control that you can see a visible difference in then this is the garment for you. Don’t be put off by the price It’s most definitely an piece you can wear time and time again as the quality is excellent.

This vest fits perfectly and doesn’t squeeze too much so I am still able to breathe! I prefer the vest to the conventional waist trainers as it sits perfectly without making your clothes look odd. It is also more comfortable to sit in compared to other waist trainers. I will be buying another one very soon as I am on the last hooks with this one.

So far not bad at all for the price. Wish I purchased a waist trainer without straps as this can be rather uncomfortable if kept on for long period under clothes . Also it came out bigger then expect even hough it is a size 10. Overall good quality and very strong material.

I was worried about sizing because of all of the reviews – but it was all for nothing. I followed the sizing chart and everything worked favorably. It fits “Like a dream”. Its not the most comfortable, especially while hungry or if i drink too much water, but my waist is being squished into a shape it currently doesn’t match so i didn’t really expect it to be extremely comfy. My only other complaint is if i do too much moving around, the arm hole area rides up into my armpits and its the worst. I think if that area was padded or just a little more comfortable, id be able to wear it muuuch longer. Other than that, its wonderful. I would gladly purchase again.

I bought this to help with my posture, with the added bonus of helping to trim my waist at the same time. I definitely think it has helped with both.The way the arm straps are cut encourages you to keep your shoulders back, while the corset design keeps you sitting and standing up straight. This is perfect for me as I generally slouch mostly around my shoulders and upper back. I try to wear it 12 hours a day 2 days a week (this is how long I work) and I do notice a difference. I am much more aware of how much I am slouching, as well as my shoulders hurt way less not that they aren’t stressed from the constant slouching.As far as the slimming / shaping, I have noticed some improvements. In only a couple months I have gone from the largest row to the smallest, and haven’t really changed anything other than wearing this a couple times a week.

Der Ausschnitt im Schritt ist groรzรผgig bemessen, so das fรผr das kleine Geschรคft der Body nicht ausgezogen werden muss. Die Wirbelsรคule wird sehr gut entlastet und der Bauch deutlich flacher. Insgesamt formt der Body sehr gut. Leider gibt es ihn nur in schwarz und hautfarben – hรคtte ihn gern auch in weiss. Das Preis-/Leistungsverhรคltnis ist hervorragend.

I absolutely love this shaper! It slims you and give you that classic “hourglass” shape. It also makes you stand up straight and gives you great posture. And the best part is that it pushes up your boobs!!! It makes you feel like you’ve gotten a boob job! The only complaint I have is that the arm holes cut into your armpits ๐ I am 5′ 10″ 190lbs 35″ hips 31″ waist 36″ bust. A size medium fit me just fine. Order a size down than what you think you need, my friend is same measurements as me but is 6′ 3″ and a size L was too big for her.
