Größen Angabe vom Hersteller haben bei mir exakt gepasst. Ich trage es oft auf Arbeit. Beim sitzen ist es unbequem und beult im sitzen auch komisch aus.aber dafür macht das teil im stehen ein traumhaftes Figürchen .
4 XL acheté: Légèrement grand pour poitrine 114 cm, sous poitrine 92 cm, taille 82 cm, hanches 124 cm. Je recommanderais un 3XL surtout pour le haut qui est moins serré.

Pretty comfortable once I finally got it snapped up.
Pros:Waist trainer is well made. Lined with felt for a little extra comfort.9 steel bones. I like this. Helps you maintain your shape. You can still bend over. Sitting and driving is a little more taxing. No biggie.Longer length covers your lower tummy as well❤️. I am 5’ 5” tall.Cons:The top of the waist trainer from the top of my bra and up can be annoying. It was cutting into my arms and shoulders . I cut this off with scissors. So it is now a waist trainer without the top portion.After a while the steel boning may pop through the material. But at this point you may be ready for your next size. Avoid excessive pulling on the vest. Don’t abuse it.I am on my third waist trainer. Went from an XL to a M.Here are some tips to help you along your journey.Be consistent with your waist training.My best results were seen wearing this 23 hours a day*. I was suggest you listen to your body. And work your way up to this.*Invisilign suggest wearing your teeth alignment trays 23 hours a day. This is where I got this idea from.I only took this off for showers and intimate times. But 23 hours a day was my goal.Wear a thin tank top underneath for extra comfort and to aid in sweat absorption. Sports bras are best to avoid your underwire to hit the trainer. But not required.Order a extra waist trainer IF it will make your life easier. So you are not waiting for one to dry after washing it by hand. The outer layer is latex so you cannot put it in the dryer.Wash, exfoliate your skin, add lotion etc before putting on your waist trainer. You may experience a few pimples from the extra sweat.I was also dieting while using this. I have been on the Keto diet. You can’t eat what ever you want everyday. It’s all about mindset.I think I was wearing each vest for like a month or so..but my core fat is melting away!!!Good luck on your journey.

Ich habe lange überlegt ob ich es kaufen soll und muss sagen, hätte nicht gedacht das dieses Produkt so gut ist. Schnelle Lieferung, top Qualität für 28€ . Die größe laut Empfehlung hat super gepasst. Kann ich nur weiter empfehlen. Ich muss dazu sagen,dass ich es nie auf auf das nackte Körper anziehe, hab immer ein Unterhemd drunter. Ich denke durch das Material schwitz man ein wenig und dies kann zur Hautreizungen führen.

Good material. The M was too big. I was in the second set of hooks. Returned it for a Sm. Fits good around my waist but the straps are so tight on my armpits. I like that it comes up high to my bra.

Je l'ai essayé en pleine canicule et j'étais étonné car je sentais confortable. J'ai déjà eu d'autres similaires en marque colombienne (qui sont excellentes) et je peux constater que celle ci est d'une qualité comparable, bonne finition, bon matériel, je recommande.

Ho preso una taglia L per paura che fosse troppo larga da alcune recensioni, per fortuna avendo le classiche 3 righe di ganci per chiuderla, usando l ultima riesco con "un pochino" di fatica a chiudere tutto.Forme top. Linee sinuose e bella compressa, sedere mai avuto un sedere così bello! Sinceramente forse per stare più comoda avrei preso una XL ma dato che sto dimagrendo va bene cosi (altezza 1.72 per 93 kg)Consiglio al 100%

La calidad muy buena , muy cómoda de llevar todo el día por su apertura en la zona íntima , llevarla puesta todo el día y recomiendo con la tabla abdominal , el conjunto es genial y en dos días notas la diferencia. Recomiendo 100%
I bought this to help with my posture, with the added bonus of helping to trim my waist at the same time. I definitely think it has helped with both.The way the arm straps are cut encourages you to keep your shoulders back, while the corset design keeps you sitting and standing up straight. This is perfect for me as I generally slouch mostly around my shoulders and upper back. I try to wear it 12 hours a day 2 days a week (this is how long I work) and I do notice a difference. I am much more aware of how much I am slouching, as well as my shoulders hurt way less not that they aren't stressed from the constant slouching.As far as the slimming / shaping, I have noticed some improvements. In only a couple months I have gone from the largest row to the smallest, and haven't really changed anything other than wearing this a couple times a week.

Die Korsage kam wie erwartet pünktlich bei mir an. Sie sitzt wie eine zweite Haut. Habe sie direkt eine Nummer kleiner bestellt dachte erst ich bekomme sie nicht zu was auch ein wenig schwer gefallen ist. Mittler sitzt sie wie eine zweite Haut. Trage sie meistens auf der Arbeit, wo ich viel Bewegung habe. Man schwitzt bei Bewegung darunter ziemlich liegt wohl auch an dem Material. Ist glaub ich luftdicht. Was wohl das einzige was ich als negativ aufzählen kann. Würde sie trotzdem weiterempfehlen da sie hält was sie verspricht, optimal sitzt und sehr gut verarbeitet ist.

Ich habe diesen Mieder-Body in Größe 6xl (meine Maße: Brust: 138 cm, Taille: 115 cm, Hüfte: 126 cm) bestellt und kann nur sagen, dass er perfekt passt, bequem ist und dennoch meine Figur entsprechend formt. Ich habe eine Sanduhrfigur, mit einem doch recht üppigen Bauch, der aber durch das Mieder sehr viel flacher wirkt. Ich kann nur sagen, dass ich sehr zufrieden bin. Ich würde diesen Mieder-Body immer wieder kaufen.

I bought this product in medium first of all, I'm a size 10 with a 28" waist, it fits okay and gives me a lovely waist but I was in between medium and small and after a few weeks of use I decided to get a small and give this to a freind. I found that the straps were a tiny bit loose on me. It was fine though and I really liked it but the price was so good that I decided to get another! My freind also really likes it!If you are inbetween two sizes and unsure which to get I would recoment getting the size down.

LET ME START BY SAYING THIS IS THE BEST VEST THAT I`VE EVER PURCHASED ... IVE BEEN WEARING THESE THINGS FOR AROUND 8 YEARS .... THIS IS THE CHEAPEST AND THE BEST ... DON`T BE FOOLED BY THE PRICE BECAUSE EXPENSIVE ISN`T ALWAYS BETTER ... I ALWAYS PURCHASED SQUEEM VEST THEY WERE MORE EXPENSIVE BUT THEY DIDNT HOLD ME IN AS MUCH AND THIS ONE HAS A LONGER TORSO AND I ORDERED A LARGE AND I WAS OVER 200LBS AT FIRST... NOW IF THIS IS YOUR FIRST TIME .... IT MAY HURT BUT U WILL GET USED TO IT

I had an upcoming event I was attending and wanted to buy some shapewear that would excenuate my curves. I'm a size 22/24 and was skeptical at first. I won't lie.However, the first mistake I made when trying it on was in hooking all the hook and eyes and trying to do them up one by one. I wouldn't recommend this! (It took me 45 minutes to get it on) the second time I tried to get it on I literally hooked and eyed all the clasps on the further row away and stepped into the suit and pulled it up. This was so much easier and I was able to get the garment on in under 5 minutes.As for the quality, it's superb! It's not cheaply sewn or stiched and we'll worth the money. The siloutte this garment gave me made me feel less self conscious and very confident in wearing my wrap dress.Top tip - wear a pair of knickers/panties over the top of the garment underneath your dress to avoid any gusts of wind exposing yourself. The hole that's cut out in between the legs is rather large so you can use the loo without having to pull down the garment. (I had a few mishaps with the wind and I'm so glad I chose to wear knickers!) It also pinches you in at your waist creating that hourglass silloutte. Give your bottom a lift and is super comfortable to wear.This is a top quality product, that will last you a long time. I've bought cheaper body shaping garments in the past and they haven't lasted 2 minutes. This garment washes lovely and doesn't shrink or loose its shape in the washing machine. I wouldn't recommend using a tumble dryer to dry it with though. I air dried mine on my washing line.In my personal opinion I think this garment would also be suitable for post pregnant shaping. Especially if you've had a c section. I also think this garment would also be suitable for those who have had any surgery to their abdomen or bottom. However I am not a professional, so please speak to your doctor/surgeon or consultant before considering this garment.If you're looking for sturdy tummy control that you can see a visible difference in then this is the garment for you. Don't be put off by the price It's most definitely an piece you can wear time and time again as the quality is excellent.

Der Ausschnitt im Schritt ist großzügig bemessen, so das für das kleine Geschäft der Body nicht ausgezogen werden muss. Die Wirbelsäule wird sehr gut entlastet und der Bauch deutlich flacher. Insgesamt formt der Body sehr gut. Leider gibt es ihn nur in schwarz und hautfarben - hätte ihn gern auch in weiss. Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist hervorragend.
