Return, Exchange & Refund POLICY
Our customers’ satisfaction is our goal, so we are glad to accept your returns for exchange. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please notify us within 0-2 days (48 hours max) by email on services@shapeminow.com from the time of delivery; for a store credit of item full value to purchase a new item. No Refunds please..
Returns are accepted if sent back to us within 10 days of delivery.
Where a customer fails to contact us as stipulated on expiration of 48 hours, then acceptance of the return is at the sole discretion of SHAPEMNOW as to whether or not to accept and replace the item. The cost of the return & re-delivery is the customer’s sole responsibility. This applies to case where a customer made a wrong selection and wants a replacement.
It will be the responsibility of the customer to care and ensure that a returning item reaches us in new and good condition.
Non Exchangeable Items
We will not accept returns for any of the following product :

– Worn or Used Items
– Damaged items
No Refunds
Purchase can only be exchange with products of same value.
Risk of Loss
SHPEMINOW will bear the risk of Loss until the item gets to you, but If an item is damaged after receipt, the risk remains with the customer.
Cancellation of order.
SHAPEMI NOW reserves the right to cancel your order with or without notifying you of reason for the cancellation. If a Shapeminow initiate an order cancellation when payment is already made; a refund of equal value will be issued.
